For ZEN 2 ZFD2SP1 (ZENworks 2 Support Pack 1) ships with a utility called GPEXPORT. This utility will export the data into a delimited file readable by most spreadsheet applications. The data can also be imported to database programs where custom reports and queries can be generated. This utility is installed with the Support Pack to SYS\PUBLIC\ZENWORKS\GPCSV. Use the README in this directory for instructions on how to configure.

For ZEN 3, Follow the steps in the Online Documentation to export the Inventory Data to CSV Format.

For ZEN 4, There are also steps listed to perform this type of Export. File output to CSV is a known limitation of Crystal Reports, and needs to be done in a two-step process. The Export is initially done to MS Excel .XLS format, and then Microsoft Excel is used to Open and Save the file in .CSV. For more details, see ZEN 4 Online Documentation.
