Error: D004

GroupWise Error [D004]- Unable to read or modify the record requested in the database. Please contact the system administrator.

Error occurs when User A attempts to Subscribe to Notify for User B, when User B belongs to another Post Office.

fix

This is a limitation of the program.

Notes: This error occurs even though the necessary Notify rights have been granted by User B.
GroupWise currently does not allow cross Post Office Notify subscriptions. This is being considered for a future release past GroupWise 5.5. This information was added to Primus from TID2936155.
