fix

The following steps resolved the problem for this customer:
1) Remove the GroupWise Client from the NT workstation using Add/Remove programs.
2) Use GWCA55.EXE to remove the registry entries for GroupWise.
3) Reboot the workstation.  
4) Reinstall the GroupWise Client.
