Although the above two products from HP do the same job, Windows Jetadmin requires excessive NDS rights, which is no good if you provide more granular administration of the NDS.

Windows Jetadmin, runs on Win95/98/NT

Requires Supervisor right to the server object that hold the print queue, or Write to the Object Trustess (ACL) property - effectively the same as Supervisor to the server object. This is not in favour of trying to provide a granular NDS administration.

Web JetAdmin only runs on NT workstation or NT server

Assign following rights to container with printing objects will suffice:-
BC to container
Clear All Properties
S to Print Job Configuration, Print Queue, Print Server and Printer properties
Add RWCEMF to the QUEUES directory where the queues will be located.
Its a bit slower than the Windows Jetadmin when actually configuring the printer but it works.
