fix

Delete Nwconnect 2.0 and Reinstall. Delete all files in the following directories before re-installing nwconnect.

1) The following directories that were originally installed by NWC are deleted from    SYS:SYSTEM:
NCS
REMOTE
WIN2NCS
NWCNMS
2) The following directories are NOT deleted from SYS:SYSTEM that were originally installed by NWC:
CSLIB
CSINSTAL
CONNECT
BACKUP
AIO
3) The following files that were originally installed by NWC are deleted from SYS:SYSTEM:
