GroupWise did not initialize.  

Class not registered.  

cause

SETUP.EXE did not update the Registry correctly.

fix

Run the GroupWise Cleaning Agent, select 32-bit client local files and 32-bit client Windows registry settings. This simple tool just cleans up remaining registry settings and files installed by GroupWise 5.0 through 5.5 EP SP1 and 5.5.3, as well as some Novell GroupWise add-ons.
