Error loading STRTWEB5.NCF

Error: GWINTER: CMC initialization of the GroupWise Domain Database failed

WebAccess was missing tabs when in details

When clicking on WebAccess, gets a blank screen (does not enter username and password)

In Internet Explorer it looks like garbage

Server config IP address was wrong

fix

Top-down rebuild, then reinstall gateway
