During the GroupWise install, NWADMN95 will not start

cause

Corrupt NWADMN95 SUPPORT .DLL files

fix

Either copy the entire PUBLIC\WIN95 subdirectories and all directories below from a working server to the non-working server or download and install ADM41195.EXE
