MAP to users home directory failing

Symptom

Cusotmer has the following lines in his container login script.

MAP ROOT P:=SYS:USERS\"%LOGIN_NAME"

When logging in it will either fail for the line with a specified volume could not be found error or it will map a drive to the SYS:USERS directory for P:.

Solutions

Removing the quotes from around %LOGIN_NAME corrected the problem.

NOTE: for users with login names longer than 8 characters use %CN not %LOGIN_NAME.

MAP ROOT P:=SYS:USERS\%LOGIN_NAME

SEARCH LOGIN NAME LOGIN_NAME % %CN CN %1 1
