System Requirements:

SUSE 10.3 or greater codebase or greater
Microsoft Windows 2000
Microsoft Windows XP
Microsoft Windows Vista

Installation:
For Linux installation you will need to change the ".bin" installation file to be executable and it will need to be run as root.
root user installation is required to install the tool globally in /opt/novell and to also install Adobe's Integrated Runtime (AIR).

Uninstalling:
If you installed NSA Alpha version takes these steps to properly remove it before proceeding with installation of Beta 0.2.

In Add/Remove programs uninstall NSA, then run Uninstall for NovellSupportAdvisor.

Known Problems and Limitations:
With this version of NSA a pattern update mechanism has been built in to allow for Support Pattern updates to be automatically delivered to the client after installation.
Pattern quality and quantity will constantly increase.
