This release of the ZENworks® 7 Server Management plug-ins to iManager 2.6 and 2.7 is the latest available from Novell for this product.

This release of the ZENworks® 7 Server Management plug-ins to iManager 2.6 and 2.7 is the latest available from Novell for this product. No diskette installation is available for this release. The plug-ins are posted as a convenience to existing ZENworks 7 Server Management customers. These customers may want to configure additional iManager sites from which they can administer ZENworks Server Management after its initial installation.

These plug-ins include additional functionality for ZENworks 7 Server Management. They will not work with ZENworks 6.5.x, ZENworks for Servers 3.x, ZENworks 2, or ZENworks Starter Pack, and they cannot be used with NetWare® Administrator.

ZENworks 7 Server Management includes support for Novell iManager versions 2.6 and 2.7.

You can download the ZSM7.0.1_IR3a_HP1_iManagerPlugins.zip file, which contains all of the updated ZENworks 7 Server Management plug-ins to iManager.

1. Download and extract the ZSM7.0.1_IR3a_HP1_iManagerPlugins.zip file.

The zip file includes:

> ZFS_PolyDistPlugins.npm
> Uninstall_ZSM_plug_in_for_iManager_windows.bat
> Uninstall_ZSM_plug_in_for_iManager_oes.sh

To install the iManager plug-ins on Windows, continue with Step 2. To install
the iManager plug-ins on OES, skip to Step 3.

2.If a previous version of ZENworks plug-in for iManager has been installed On Windows, do the following:

a. Copy the Uninstall_ZSM_plug_in_for_iManager_windows.bat file to the location from where iManager is running.

b. Edit the Uninstall_ZSM_plug_in_for_iManager_windows.bat to change the value of TOMCAT_HOME to the path from where the Tomcat is running.

Note: Ensure that the path is specified within double quotes.

c. Stop the Tomcat service.
d. Run the Uninstall_ZSM_plug_in_for_iManager_windows.bat file.
e. Start the Tomcat service.
f. Skip to Step 4.

3. If a previous version of ZENworks plug-in for iManager has been installed On OES, do the following:

a. Copy the Uninstall_ZSM_plug_in_for_iManager_oes.sh script file to the location from where iManager is running.
b. Change the rights of the script file to executable by running the following command :
chmod +x Uninstall_ZSM_plug_in_for_iManager_oes.sh
c. Run the script file by entering the following command:
. / Uninstall_ZSM_plug_in_for_iManager_oes.sh
d. Continue with Step 4.

4. Install the latest ZFS_PolyDistPlugins.npm in iManager.
