ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Support Pack 1 Interim Release 3a CPKS contains updates to ZENworks 7 Desktop Management with Support Pack 1, has undergone limited testing, is not considered a minimum or mandatory patch and is only recommended if the symptoms listed in TID 3484245 at http://www.novell.com/support apply to your environment.
Linux Server - ZDM7-BACK-LINUX-SP1IR3a.cpk
NetWare Server - ZDM7-BACK-NW-SP1IR3a.cpk
Windows Server - ZDM7-BACK-WIN-SP1IR3a.cpk
ConsoleOne Snapins - ZDM7-C1SNAPINS-SP1IR3a.cpk
NetWare Mid Tier - ZDM7-MID-NW-SP1IR3a.cpk

The above mentioned files are not full installs and will only update ZENworks components that were previously installed.

ConsoleOne snap-ins - ZDM7-C1SNAPINS-SP1IR3a.cpk
This CPK updates the ConsoleOne Snapins to ZDM7SP1IR3a and requires the variable name:
DEST_C1 to indicate the directory where the snapins are to be copied, and will always end with 1.2, for example sys:\public\mgmt\consoleone\1.2
Netware server - ZDM7-BACK-NW-SP1IR3a.cpk
This CPK updates Backend services running on NetWare to ZDM7SP1IR3a and requires the variable names:
DEST_WOL to indicate the volume where Wake On Lan is installed, for example sys:\
DEST_XML to indicate the volume where XML is installed, for example sys:\
DEST_INV to indicate the volume where Inventory is installed, for example sys:\
Windows server - ZDM7-BACK-WIN-SP1IR3a.cpk
This CPK updates Backend services running on Windows to ZDM7SP1IR3a and requires the variable names:
DEST_WOL to indicate the drive where Wake On Lan is installed, for example C:\
DEST_XML to indicate the drive where XML is installed, for example C:\

Windows Mid-tier - ZDM7-MID-WIN-SP1IR3a.cpk
This CPK updates Mid Tier services running on Windows to ZDM7SP1IR3a and requires the variable name:
DEST_IIS to indicate the drive where IIS is installed, for example c:\
Linux server - ZDM7-BACK-LINUX-SP1IR3a.cpk
This is not currently suitable for running on OES 2 - a new version will shortly be posted for this
This CPK updates ZENworks Desktop Management services on Linux to ZDML7SP1IR3a and does not require any variable names to be defined
Note that the CPKs for NetWare and Windows have extra checks to ensure that they will only run on systems with at least ZDM7SP1. If the CPK skips every stage with failed registry requirement, then you may not have the correct registry entry for ZENworks see TIDs 3402203 and 3546801 at Novell Support for details.
