Note that C1_SNAPINS_ZDM7SP1IR1HP2.cpk, ZDM7-MID-nwsp1IR1HP2.cpk, ZDM7-MID-WIN-sp1ir1hp2.cpk are unchanged from the HP2 versions.
The only change to ZDM7bkNWSP1IR1HP2a.cpk and ZDM7bkwinSP1ir1hp2a.cpk since ZDM7SP1IR1HP2 are updated imaging files.
The only changes to ZDM7-OESL-BCK-SP1IR1hp2a-Release2.cpk since ZDM7LSP1IR1HP2 are the addition of novell-zenworks-zmgservices-dhost-7.0.1-4.i586.rpm which is necessary to complete an upgrade on OES2 (Linux), and Release 2 contains, in addition, updated Windows agents (previous releases of this CPK did not have the updated windows agents).

Netware server - ZDM7bkNWSP1IR1HP2a.cpk
Windows server - ZDM7bkwinSP1ir1hp2a.cpk
Netware Mid-tier - ZDM7-MID-nwsp1ir1hp2.cpk
Windows Mid-tier - ZDM7-MID-WIN-sp1IR1HP2.cpk

The above mentioned files are not full installs and will only update ZENworks components that were previously installed.

ConsoleOne snap-ins - C1_SNAPINS_ZDM7SP1IR1HP2.cpk
This CPK updates the ConsoleOne Snapins to ZDM7SP1IR1HP2 and requires the variable name:
DEST_C1 to indicate the directory where the snapins are to be copied, and will always end with 1.2, for example sys:\public\mgmt\consoleone\1.2
Netware server - ZDM7bkNWSP1IR1HP2a.cpk
This CPK updates Backend services running on NetWare to ZDM7SP1IR1HP2a and requires the variable names:
DEST_WOL to indicate the volume where Wake On Lan is installed, for example sys:\
DEST_XML to indicate the volume where XML is installed, for example sys:\
DEST_INV to indicate the volume where Inventory is installed, for example sys:\
Windows server - ZDM7bkwinSP1ir1hp2a.cpk
This CPK updates Backend services running on Windows to ZDM7SP1IR1HP2a and requires the variable names:

This CPK updated ZENworks Desktop Management services on Linux to ZDML7SP1IR1HP2a-Release2 and does not require any variable names to be defined
Note that the CPKs for NetWare and Windows have extra checks to ensure that they will only run on systems with at least ZDM7SP1. If the CPK skips every stage with failed registry requirement, then you may not have the correct registry entry for ZENworks see TID 3402203 at Novell Support for details.
