System Requirements: IDM 3.5.1 Engine installed.
Installation:
1. (For customers with the localized issue) Delete all the existing IDMRestrictedUser accounts. (Note that this account will only exist if you've previously run the CLE.)
2. Refer to the online instructions http://www.novell.com/documentation/idm35/pdfdoc/admin/admin.pdf. Follow the procedure for uninstalling CLE. After CLE has been uninstalled. Reinstall and reconfigure the product. Once the reconfiguration is complete. Push out the CLE installers to your affected clients.
Technical Support Information:
Current Issues:
- The Restricted Browser was not properly localized. It was defaulting to English no matter what the default local of the workstation was set to. It is now localized.
- The CLE Install used to require .Net 1.1. Now it works with .Net 1.1, 2, 3 or 3.5
Previous Issue:
- For customers who used Client32 with CLE. A debug file with login related information was being written to root of the system drive.
