The updated Agent ISOs in this download (IR1a) contain updates that are newer than the Agents contained in ZENworks 7.2 Linux Management IR1. Additionally, RHEL5 on the 64-bit (x86_64) architecture is supported in the ZENworks 7.2 Linux Management with Interim Release 1a (IR1a).
