abstract
This is an update that fixes a number of issues in the Hot Patch 1, 1a or 1a Rev a GWIA. This patch is for the NetWare and Windows platform only. Please see the install instructions for information on applying the patch and the change log for fixes that have been made. NOTE: THIS FIX SHOULD ONLY BE APPLIED IF THE HOT PATCH 1, 1A OR 1A REVA HAS BEEN APPLIED PREVIOUSLY. THIS SHOULD NOT BE APPLIED IF YOU HAVE NOT APPLIED ANY OF THE HOT PATCH UPDATES.

Installation:
1. Stop the GWIA agent.
2. Create an empty directory on your local drive.
3. Download the self-extracting executable file and place in the directory.
4. Execute the file to extract the contents.
5. From the Windows Desktop, click on File | Run and type in the command 'cmd' to take you to a command prompt
6. Change directories to the newly created GWIA directory
7. Execute the command "install /copyonly"
The install will ask for directory structures where the domain and gwia directories are and the location of the agent files. This will copy in the new agent files needed.
8. At the end of the install, bring up the GWIA agent.
