abstract

GroupWise 6.5 Support Pack 6 API Revison 1 August 7th, 2007 Overview. The information in this Readme file pertains API Rev 1. This patch contains two files to resolve issues with the GroupWise 6.5 client and the BES server. This should only be applied if you are running into issues with the BES server hanging when running with the 6.5.6 or newer clients.

Installation Instructions:
1. Download file to a temporary location.
2. Double-click the self extracting executable to extract the files.
3. Down the BES server.
4. Copy the GWENV1.DLL to the C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32 directory.
5. Copy the GWCMA1.DLL to the C:\NOVELL\GROUPWISE directory.
6. Restart the GroupWise client.

Warning: do not install this client until the POA has been updated to GroupWise 6.5.6 Update 2 or later dated at least May 22nd, 2007 or newer or you will not be able to login to your post office.
