-----------------------------------------------------------------
Background
-----------------------------------------------------------------

GroupWise 5 "signs" each Archive with an identifier unique to
each user. This identifier is called a FID (File ID) and
typically consists of three alphanumeric characters. The FID
can be found in the GroupWise client by selecting Help | About
GroupWise and looking in the parenthesis after the Username. If
the FID found in the "About GroupWise" dialog does not match
the FID in the archive databases, a C067 error will occur when
an attempt is made to open the Archive and the user will be
denied access.

This situation is rare and only occurs after a user has been
moved to a different Post Office. During the move, if the user's
FID is already in use by another user or Resource in the
destination Post Office, a new FID will be assigned. The Post
Office Agent will make the change for the user but since it
typically does not have access to the user's archive databases,
the change is not made in the Archive. This utility can be used
to restore access to the user.
